Not only is Jon Cross a 12 year veteran of the Northwestern Mutual, he is a valued member of his firm's Leadership Team.  That means that most of Jon's time is spent with clients, yet he also gives generously of his time to the growth of the organization as a whole.  Jon enjoys helping others grow their career by imparting knowledge to those just beginning their work in financial services.  It's this dual mission that gives Jon Cross the passion and purpose to show up and serve every day.

In 2008, Jon Cross was recognized as the New Financial Representative of the Year, an honor given to just one local financial representative within their first 3 full calendars years of service. Jon is a multiple year member of the Million Dollar Round Table, as well as a multi-year recipient of the NAIFA Qulaity Award.  Jon does not take these honors lightly.  In fact, Jon continues to help his clients strive to attain financial security for themselves and their businesses on a daily basis.
